We're not a national call center or an algorithm — when you submit your information, you'll hear from a real person who knows this market. We close through a licensed title company, so every transaction has a neutral third party handling the paperwork and protecting both sides.

  • No. There's no obligation at any point. Submitting the form gets you an offer to evaluate. You can take your time, ask questions, and say no if it doesn't work for you. We don't pressure anyone into a sale.

  • We can close in as few as 7 days once an offer is accepted, or on whatever timeline works for you. If you need more time to make arrangements, we work around your schedule.

  • We do, through a licensed title company. You won't need to coordinate paperwork or manage the process yourself.

  • No. We buy homes as-is. You don't need to clean, repair, or stage anything before we visit or before closing. Whatever condition the property is in, we'll work with it.
